  • Reduced costs from standardized program activities and “economy of scale” improvements; deployment of “best practices” and objective advice on improvement opportunities.
  • A standardized and coordinated Technical Specialist qualification and field deployment process that includes ethics acknowledgements, assignment and distribution of controlled procedures and scheduling of interviews/field activities.
  • Processing, invoicing and reporting of time and expenses.
  • Document control and distribution of materials such as program manuals, forms, policies, technical data packages (TDP), and inspection stamps to the program Technical Specialists. All client-furnished and/or client-related documentation is considered proprietary and is used by only authorized individuals.
